| TechCast presents to Director of National Intelligence TechCast was invited to deliver a presentation to the U.S. Office of the Director of National Intelligence (DNI) at their headquarters in Washington, DC. Bill Halal described the work of TechCast, focusing on the methodology of what he calls "Online Learning/Research Systems". Of particular interest was Bill's suggestion that this method offers a powerful way to carry out DNI's mission of integrating the knowledge of the many diverse intelligence agencies.
